About Us

Welcome to Kern Workforce Academy! We believe that all students deserve an engaging and relevant learning experience. At Workforce, our mission is to recover, retain, serve, and graduate high-risk, out-of-school, or credit-deficient high school students. We provide students with the education, skills, and behaviors needed to graduate prepared to succeed in the workplace or at the post-secondary level.

 

We are continuing to recognize and reward students when they meet expectations. We have also implemented specific interventions and supports to sustain our academic and behavioral expectations. The Workforce Academy welcomes all our parents and community members to partner with us to provide our students with an educational experience that will positively impact their lives forever.
