Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we embark on a new school year, I want to extend a warm welcome to all of our families, both new and returning. I hope you’ve had a wonderful summer and are as excited as we are to begin this journey together.
This year promises to be an exciting time for our school community. We’ve been hard at work over the summer preparing new supports and resources to ensure every student has the tools they need to succeed. Whether it’s through enhanced academic programs, social-emotional learning opportunities, or personalized support, our goal is to meet each student where they are and help them thrive.
One of our key focuses this year will be on literacy. We believe that strong reading and writing skills are foundational to all learning, and we’ve put in place several initiatives to boost literacy across all grade levels. You’ll be hearing more about these programs as the year progresses, and we encourage you to get involved and support your child’s literacy journey at home.
We’re also thrilled to introduce some new faces to our school family, including our new Parent Outreach Coordinator, Daisy Vargas. Daisy brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and motivation to her role, and she’s eager to work closely with you to strengthen our home-school connection. Her role is all about making sure you feel supported and informed throughout the school year.
As always, we value your partnership and input. Our doors are always open, and we look forward to collaborating with you to make this a successful and enriching year for all of our students.
Thank you for your continued support, and here’s to a fantastic school year ahead!
Warm regards,
Melissa Bennett
